dc.description.abstractBilimciler, örgütsel davranış kavramlarından biri olan örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını verimlilik ve etkinliği artırıcı en önemli değişkenlerden biri olarak kabul etmişlerdir. Yapılan araştırmalarda örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarıyla sonuçlandığı düşünülen birçok bağımsız değişken ileri sürülmüştür. Bu bağımsız değişkenlerden en önemlilerinden biri örgütsel güven kavramıdır. Bu araştırmalarda, örgütsel güven ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkiye aracılık yapabilecek faktörler aranmıştır. Bu çalışmada diğerlerinden farklı olarak, örgütsel özdeşleşmenin, örgütsel güven ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkiye aracılık etkisi yapacağı ileri sürülmüştür. Bu nedenle araştırmanın örneklemi, Balıkesir Devlet Hastanesi ve Balıkesir Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Merkezi’ndeki 220 işgörenden anket aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, örgütsel güven, örgütsel özdeşleşme ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki vardır. Ayrıca, örgütsel özdeşleşme, örgütsel güven ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolü oynamıştır. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST, ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTIFICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR: A STUDY AT A STATE HOSPITAL Abstract: Organizational citizenship behavior, which increases productivity and efficiency, has been recognized as one of the most important concepts of organizational behavior by scientists. Organizational citizenship behaviors are thought to result in many of the studies suggested that the independent variable. The concept of organizational trust is one of the most important independent variables. The relationships which can act as mediator factors sought between organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior. In this study, unlike the others, It is asserted that organizational identification plays moderator role in the relation of organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior. For this reason, Sample of the study was collected via questionnaire through 220 employees at Balıkesir State Hospital and Balıkesir Oral And Dental Health Center. According to research findings, there are positive and significant relationships between organizational trust, organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, organizational identification plays moderator role in the relation of organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior.en_US
