Istatiksel proses kontrolünde kontrol grafiklerinin kullanimi ve tekstil sanayinde bir uygulama

Abstract

İstatistiksel Proses Kontrolünde kontrol grafiklerinin kullanımı adlı bu çalışmada üretim proseslerinde değişkenliğin sebepleri araştırılmış. Değişkenliğe neden olan faktörlerin belirlenmesinde kontrol grafikleri kullanılmıştır. Kontrol grafikleri istatist iksel kalite kontrolünde çok yaygın olarak kullanılan en etkili araçlardan bir tanesidir. Kontrol grafiklerinin kullanımını göstermek üzere Güntaş AŞ adlı bir tekstil işletmesinde uygulama yapılmıştır.

This study of using control graphics in statistical process control studies the reasons of variations in manufacture process. Control graphics are used for determining the factors causing variations.Control graphics is one of the most effective methods widely used in quality control.In order to show the usage of control graphics the method is applied in GÜNTAŞ A.Ş. textile industry.
