Yapay zekâ destekli “akıllı ihracat robutu” ile peynir ihracatının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığının Kolay İhracat Platformu üzerinden “Akıllı İhracat Robotu” makine öğrenmesi teknolojisini kullanarak Türkiye’nin GTİP Kodu 0406 peynir ve pıhtılaştırılmış ürünlerin ihracatı için pazar analizi yapmaktır. Ayrıca, Akıllı İhracat Robotunun Türkiye’nin peynir ihracat verilerini, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı İstatistik ve Değerlendirme Dairesi Başkanlığı verileri ile karşılaştırarak makine öğrenmesi ve yapay zekâ uygulamaları verilerinin doğruluğunu test etmektir. Sonuç olarak, Kolay İhracat Platformu internet sayfası ve “Akıllı İhracat Robotu” ile elde edilen verilerin, T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı, İstatistik ve Değerlendirme Dairesi Başkanlığı verileri genel olarak uyumlu olduğu görülmektedir. Coğrafi mesafenin kısa olması lojistik giderlerin maliyetini düşürmekle birlikte ihracatı artırıcı bir parametre olarak görülmemektedir. Günümüzde internet kaynaklarından yararlanılarak masa başı ihracat pazar araştırması ve pazar analizinin önemi ve verilerin güvenilirliği giderek artmaktadır. Bununla birlikte elde edilen verilere göre; Türkiye’den uzak mesafede olan ülkelere peynir ve pıhtılaştırılmış ürünlerin ihracatının Türkiye’nin komşu ülkelerden daha fazla yapıldığı görülmektedir. Bu anlamda uzak mesafede olan ülkelere ihracat yapmak isteyen girişimciler için mesafenin bir engel olmaması gerektiği söylenebilir.

Purpose of this study is to conduct a market analysis for the export of Türkiye's Customs Tariff Statistics Position Code (GTIP) 0406 cheese and coagulated products by using the "Smart Export Robot" machine learning technology through the Easy Export Platform of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye. In addition, the aim of this study is to test the accuracy of machine learning and artificial intelligence applications by comparing Türkiye's cheese export data of the Smart Export Robot with the data of the Department of Statistics and Evaluation of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye. In conclusion, it is observed that the data obtained from the Easy Export Platform website and the "Smart Export Robot" are generally compatible with the data of the Ministry of Trade, Department of Statistics and Assessment. Although, the short geographical distance reduces the cost of logistics expenses, it is not seen as a parameter that increases exports. Nowadays, the importance of desk-based export market research and market analysis using internet resources, and the reliability of the data are increasing. Nevertheless, according to the data obtained; it is seen that exports of cheese and coagulated products to countries that are far away from Türkiye are more than Türkiye's neighboring countries. In this sense, it can be said that distance should not be an obstacle for entrepreneurs who want to export to distant countries.
