Çin’in kuşak ve yol girişiminin Türkiye’nin turizmine beklenen olası yansımaları

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Çin’in “Bir Kuşak Bir Yol – Modern İpek Yolu Girişiminin” Türkiye’nin turizmine sunduğu fırsatları ve etkilerini analiz etmektir. Kuşkusuz Modern İpek Yolu üzerindeki ülkeler ve şehirler kültür ve turizm yönünden etkilenecektir. Türkiye’nin turizm endüstrisinde yetişmiş insan kaynakları “Bir Kuşak Bir Yol” girişimine dâhil olan ülkelere yönetimsel bilgi ve beceri transferini hızlandıracaktır. Türkiye’nin Modern İpek Yolu Girişiminden turizm yönünden olumlu yönde etkileneceği görülmektedir. Nitekim Çin ile ticari ilişkiler ve Çinli turist sayısının Türkiye’ye ziyaretlerinin artışı buna örnek olarak gösterilebilir. Modern İpek Yolu koridorundaki ülkelerin turizm potansiyelinin yarattığı sinerji ve beklenen başarı düzeyi ile ilgili daha fazla ampirik çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulduğu görülmektedir.

The main objective of this study is to perform an analyze on the opportunities and effects of "One Belt One Road - A Contemporary Silk Road Initiative" of China on Turkish tourism. The countries and cities on the route shall be undoubtedly affected by means of culture and tourism. The human resource of Turkey, trained in tourism, will accelerate transferring management knowledge and skill to the countries involved in "One Belt One Road" initiative. It appears to be that Turkey will be positively affected by the Contemporary Silk Road initiative by means of tourism. As a matter of fact, the trade relations with China and the increase in number of Chinese tourists visiting Turkey set example for this. It is seen that more empirical studies are needed regarding the synergy brought by the tourism potential of the countries within the corridor of Contemporary Silk Road and the expected level of success.
